Monthly
  1. Inspect coil by opening the drain pan – clean if required
  2. Confirm defrost operation and effectiveness

Six Monthly
  1. Confirm correct operation of all safety components
  2. Clean finned surface area of coil
  3. Inspect drain pan – clean if necessary
  4. Confirm drainage from pan is unobstructed
  5. Check all strainers – replace / clean if required
  6. Tighten all electrical connections
  7. Check all wiring
  8. Confirm motor integrity – check / grease bearings
  9. Check operation of all heaters (coil, pan and drain lines)
  10. Check piping insulation – repair / replace if damaged
