Role Description

We are looking for an Recruiter Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, training and development along with employee performance initiavite.

The team member will be responsible to create employee engagement programs and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments

Ultimately, you will make strategies for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.

Responsibilities

• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques

• Assess training needs and coordinate learning & development initiatives for all employees

• Implement performance review procedures

• Create and run referral bonus programs

Requirements

• Proven work experience in recruitement

• Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods

• Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills

• Integrity and confidentiality

• Any bachelore degree

• Language: Hindi & English
