We are seeking a dynamic, technically sound, and result-oriented Sales Professional to drive business growth for our Aermaxx premium range of Industrial Axial and Tube Axial Fans.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, building relationships with industrial OEMs, contractors, and consultants, and delivering customised airflow solutions for refrigeration, ventilation, and cold chain applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and develop new market opportunities for Aermaxx axial and tube axial fans across target sectors like HVAC, cold chain infrastructure, industrial ventilation, and commercial refrigeration.
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HVAC contractors, cold room builders, industrial OEMs, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants.
- Technical Consultation: Understand customer requirements, conduct basic selection based on airflow (m3/h or CFM) and static pressure requirements, and recommend the right Aermaxx fan configuration.
- Sales Lifecycle Management: Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation, product presentation, and technical cross-referencing to submitting commercial proposals and closing deals.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market demands to provide strategic feedback to the product development and manufacturing teams.
- Payment Collection: Coordinate with clients to ensure timely payments and adherence to commercial terms.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering. A diploma holder with exceptional experience may also be considered.
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven track record in industrial B2B sales, specifically handling industrial fans, blowers, HVAC systems, or air handling components.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of fan laws, airflow dynamics, static pressure, and noise levels (dB).
- Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to pitch confidently to both purchase managers and technical heads.
