Role Description

The company is looking for an experienced and self driven service manager who can offer on-site and off-site solutions for heat exchangers and refrigeration systems to the customers and assist other service team members to remove customer's problem. The candidte should have good communication skill to interact with customers to provide information and procedures to address their concerns and requests.

Responsibilities

  • Delegating & directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team’s objectives
  • Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly & professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers
  • Evaluate and resolve problems of customers
  • Inspect and review findings to determine the solution to the problem
  • Report common complaints of customers to top management in order to address the situation for future reference

Requirements

• Bachelor / Diploma degree in science or engineering

• Multi lingual preffered- English, Hindi & local language

• 5 to 8 years experience in managing customers

• Strong track record in managing customer's complaint

• Excellent written & verbal communication skill

• Advance computer skill - Excel, Word and Power Point

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environment

• Ability to mentor & coach
