Frost not clearing from coil during defrosting
Possible Causes
- Freezing point during defrost is lower then coil temperature
- Do not have enough defrost cycles per day
- Defrost termination is too short
- Defective timer or defrost thermostat
Possible Corrective Steps
- Cheater operation
- Adjust timer for more defrost cycle
- Adjust defrost thermostat or timer for longer cycle
- Replace defective component
